NeonString.com deals very fairly with people, and always tries to make sure people get what they pay for and a little bit more. We have a very loyal customer base because of this policy. But there are always a few who will abuse the system, which is why the following, admittedly strict, return policy has been implemented:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, because once the wire is cut and soldered, it cannot be undone.
Drivers are tested and re-tested before they are shipped, and they are working when they are shipped.
ALL SALES ON DRIVERS AND SEQUENCERS ARE FINAL - Connecting sequencers or drivers and turning them on without the EL wire attached WILL FRY THE DRIVER OR SEQUENCER. Occasionally, this is done and then people want to return them, saying they are DOA (Dead on arrival) No such returns or refunds will be granted.
Raw NeonString EL wire can be returned WITHIN THREE DAYS for a refund. The shipping paid by the buyer will not be refunded, and the buyer will have to pay for the shipping to return the wire.
Buyer assumes all risk for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
